Many high school students are too young to vote but they can still have an impact on elections.

Build A Campaign is designed as a digital guide to help students create and run self-directed campaigns to either get out the vote or recruit poll workers.

This collaboration between The 99 Problems, R/GA and XQ America features a mobile-friendly microsite, digital banners, and social paid/organic content.
